Job Description

  • Manage sales and operation, responsible for revenue and profitability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders in the technology industry to drive business growth.
  • Handle different verticals and large business customers, leading senior level negotiations..
  • Work with Board members and major consultants driving business strategy and turning around organizations.
  • Lead identification of new markets and make strategic investment and resourcing decisions to grow and develop the new markets working closely with product units.
  • Formulate strategy to remove entry barriers into new accounts, and territories, by using either direct sales approach, or building strategic partnership with distribution, and local players for faster entry to market.
  • Manage large teams in hierarchical setup, and in direct or matrix reporting.
  • Acquire deep domain knowledge in large spectrum of technology Products & customized Solutions, having worked, sold and implemented customer’s technology projects.
  • Develop Executive presence, knowledge base and contacts at CXO level with major telecom/IT organizations, also public and private Enterprise Segments
  • Build strategic partnerships with local players and push the right product mix in new markets. 
  • Manage relationships with government, industry associations, media and PR agencies to build a favourable image of the organization.
  • Conduct regular governance meetings with customers to understand customer challenges/pain points and ensure high CSAT for all customers across geographies and product lines.
  • Set strategic objective and direction for the company and get it approved by the Board. 
  • Drive overall company strategy and vision. 
  • Align all company team members toward the same objective and monitor execution.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the local regulatory environment and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company in public forums, conferences, and other events, and act as a spokesperson for the company in the region.
  • Provide regular reports on business performance, including financial results, sales pipeline, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing a company.
  • 10+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • A high level of business awareness and acumen.
  • Understanding the intricacies of financial management and management.
  • Excellent Leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong crisis management and conflict mediation skills.
