Job Description
The resource is responsible for supervising administrative activities related to personnel management, monitoring labour costs and updating reporting systems.
Main Activities:
- The resource ensures the management of all necessary activities in compliance with the formalities required for hiring and terminating employment relationships.
- The resource manages documentation related to hiring and the employee life cycle.
- The resource supports the payroll process in close coordination with the external payroll firm.
- The resource supports HR Managers in analysing deviations in the main dynamics that impact labour costs.
- The resource draws up the budget and quarterly forecast revisions in coordination with the HR Director, HR Managers and management control.
- The resource collaborates in the management and updating of HR information systems (Zucchetti - SAP Success Factors).
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (or equivalent qualification)
- Good English skills (spoken and written)
- Experience in HR Administration and labour costs analysis
- Strong MS Offices skills, especially Excel
- Precision and attention to detail - Analytical skills and data orientation
