The subsidiary operates in an 132 K sq. ft. production facility with 380 employees.
Job Description
Handling the bureaucratic and administrative tasks of quality management and supporting day-to-day business.
Independent completion of general office tasks such as
- Handling correspondence according to instructions
- Preparation of reports, minutes, statistics and presentation documents
- Management and filing of business documents (files, documents)
- Independent maintenance and administration of vacation and attendance lists
(personnel time recording) and defined databases
- Independent organization of appointments, meetings and business trips
- Independent maintenance of the organizational structure and reporting of Personnel changes in the designated systems
- Organizational support of the team in looking after external visitors (customers, suppliers, etc.) and in planning business trips (transfer, hotel booking, etc.) according to instructions Participation in internal / organizational projects (e.g. system processes)
Qualifications
Knowledge acquired in the context of a commercial vocational training (e.g. for industrial clerks, office management or similar) and expanded by 2 years of relevant professional experience in the assistant field.
- Very good knowledge of office organization and office management with all necessary individual tasks
- Very good IT user knowledge (e.g. office software, ERP software, etc.)
- Good knowledge of correspondence
- General digital affinity
