Gerresheimer Peachtree City L.P. was established in 1993 in Peachtree City, GA, as part of the Plastics & Devices Division manufacturing and assembling a variety of precision molded plastic parts for various applications in the medical industry. The subsidiary operates in an 132 K sq. ft. production facility with 200 employees.
Job Description
- Independently handle tool qualification and sampling documentation for smooth production start-up.
- Conduct systematic tool sampling internally and with external partners.
- Perform function sampling and determine key process parameters.
- Solve problems and optimize automation tasks.
- Execute qualification runs and update documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with teams across departments and locations, providing process engineering expertise.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in automation control and process testing with technical training.
- Expertise in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley) and plastic processing.
- Knowledge of IT systems (MES, SAP, MS Office).
- Proficient in English, self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and intercultural skills.
