Gerresheimer Peachtree City L.P. was established in 1993 in Peachtree City, GA, as part of the Plastics & Devices Division manufacturing and assembling a variety of precision molded plastic parts for various applications in the medical industry. The subsidiary operates in an 87,500 sq. ft. production facility with 200 employees. 

• Operate and monitor production processes to produce assemblies or finished products that conform to specifications. 
• First point of contact for operators and semi-skilled personnel at the production facilities regarding production-related issues (including assistance with problems and coordination of activities within the work area) 
• Start-up at job changeover according to corresponding specifications (includes, among other things, ensuring line clearance and testing the test stations with validation parts / challenge parts) 
• Filling the production lines with individual parts and changing tubs and trays according to specifications 
• Inspection lot drawings and visual inspections of parts according to specifications 
• Professional plant status input at the production terminals according to specifications 
• Independently perform changeover operations of production equipment when changing variants as directed by supervisors and operational specifications.•Execute production documentation as directed and specified (includes but is not limited to documenting batch changes, obtaining approval, Quantity input in (MES) as well as documentation of validations and revisions). 
• Cleaning activities within the work area (machine, handling, other equipment and surroundings) 
• Support troubleshooting of assigned equipment as directed. 
• Bad parts handling on the machines according to the instructions from the supervisors 
• Continuous improvement in the production process 
• Assist in the orientation of new employees as directed by supervisors. 
• Support of the current production according to specification and instruction 

• Knowledge as acquired during at least 2 years of technical training (e.g. as a machine and plant operator or cf.) and developed by means of at least 3 years of professional experience in the assembly environment.
