Our busy branch in Regina requires a CUSTOMER SERVICE/INSIDE SALES ADMINISTRATOR who will contribute to the fulfillment of our commitment to provide superior service to our customers. Specifically in this role you will promptly and professionally:

• Answer customer inquiries at our service counter in person, or by phone

• Promote Gentek’s products and services

• Enter and process orders

• Monitor and advise customers of product information, availability, and delivery status

• Perform general office duties and provide administrative support to the Branch Administrator as required.

Ideally you have experience in a related building products distribution branch environment.
Minimally you possess:

• A natural disposition to provide exceptional customer service

• An aptitude to quickly develop and communicate expert product knowledge

• Computer proficiency

• An ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

• Strong general administrative skills
