Job Description
We’re looking for a teammate to help us both build our product and guide our process. You’ll spend about half of your time coding and the other half helping the team stay organized as a Scrum Master. It’s a great fit if you enjoy writing code but also like coaching people and making sure projects run smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Development (50%): Write clean code, build new features, and make sure everything is well-tested.
- Scrum Master (50%): Lead our daily meetings, help us plan our work, and remove any obstacles that get in the team's way.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to improve how we deliver software every day.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Developer with a solid technical background.
- Solid experience playing the Scrum Master role (facilitating rituals, managing backlogs, coaching teams).
- Strong Java 11 and React 18 skills.
- Proficiency in MySQL/H2.
- Fluent English and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Scrum Master Certification (PSM/CSM).
- Experience with Spring, JUnit, Mockito.
- Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Jenkins.
- Knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
