Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence, supporting the integration of new entities into the SSC framework, and contributing to the automation and improvement of financial processes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset and a solid understanding of general finance and accounting principles.

 

You will collaborate closely with finance, IT, and operations teams to ensure the smooth execution of closing processes and contribute to the continuous optimization of our finance operations.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Process automation & optimization:

  • Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement within finance operations;
  • Collaborate with IT and internal stakeholders to implement automation tools;
  • Support documentation and standardization of SSC procedures.

Month-end & Year-end closing:

  • Support timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities;
  • Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis;
  • Assist with group reporting and intercompany reconciliations.

Entity integration:

  • Support the onboarding and financial integration of new business units/entities into the SSC;
  • Ensure alignment of accounting practices, tools, and controls with group policies;
  • Act as a liaison between local finance teams and the SSC during the transition phase.

Financial analysis & Reporting:

  • Assist in preparing financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders;
  • Perform trend analysis, data validation, and ad hoc financial analysis;
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls.

Internal controls & Compliance:

  • Support internal and external audit requests;
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and relevant financial regulations.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial department, ideally in a Big 4 Company or multinational SSC environment;
  • Strong understanding of core finance processes;
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAGE) and financial reporting tools;
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments.
