We are currently looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our PaaS Cloud Control Team.
Job Description
What you’ll do:
Build and operate CI/CD pipelines in GitLab (pipelines-as-code, runners, templates, caching, artifact strategies).
Manage container platforms with Kubernetes (deployments, ingress, services, HPA, troubleshooting).
Maintain container build and runtime workflows with Docker (image optimization, multi-stage builds, registries).
Embed DevSecOps practices into delivery:
SAST/DAST/dependency scanning, secrets scanning
policy gates, approvals, compliance-friendly pipelines
hardening images and runtime controls
Improve reliability and performance:
monitoring/alerting, log aggregation, incident response
capacity planning, scaling, resilience improvements
Collaborate on architecture decisions and document standards/runbooks.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD and Git workflows.
Real production experience with Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting.
Solid Docker skills (build, tag, push, registry workflows, security best practices).
Security mindset and experience implementing DevSecOps controls in pipelines.
Good Linux knowledge, networking basics, and scripting (Bash; Python is a plus).
Nice-to-have:
Observability stack experience: Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Loki, etc.
Helm.
Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and managed Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE).
Container security tooling: Trivy, Grype, OPA/Gatekeeper, Falco, Kyverno.
