Job Description
Main challenge:
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and partner closely with business leaders in driving our people agenda and supporting business growth.
The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic and pragmatic HR guidance across organizational effectiveness, talent and leadership development, performance, employee engagement and organizational change. The role combines strategic partnership with hands-on execution, ensuring that people priorities are effectively translated into business actions and outcomes.
What it means on a daily basis:
- Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies and actions
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and managers on people-related matters, organizational effectiveness, talent management and succession planning
- Drive employee engagement initiatives by translating employee feedback and people insights into concrete actions
- Partner with managers throughout the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, development conversations and performance improvement
- Partner with leaders and teams through organizational change, ensuring effective communication, engagement and adoption
- Lead or partner on the implementation of local and global HR initiatives, ensuring effective alignment with business priorities and local requirements
- Ensure effective execution of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions and organizational changes
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience and ways of working.
What success will look like:
- Proven experience partnering with managers and business leaders
- Experience in organizational change, talent management and performance management
- Experience working in a matrix and/or international organization is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Romanian employment legislation

Qualifications
What you need to succeed
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand and translate business priorities into people solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coaching, consulting and problem-solving capabilities
- University degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Relevant HR certification is an advantage.
