Job Description
At Gameloft Brisbane, We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who’s passionate about design, excited to level up their skills, and ready to create work that actually makes an impact to become the next Graphics Designer for our Creative Agency Team
The Graphic Designer in the Creative Agency plays a vital role in adapting and creating compelling Design and marketing assets to drive engagement and support marketing strategies across various channels. This includes creating promotional materials for user acquisition campaigns, social media, in-game events, branding initiatives, and merchandise. The designer will collaborates with multiple stakeholders, including marketing, live operations, and user acquisition teams, to ensure visuals align with creative briefs and enhance the player experience.
Working under the guidance of the Creative Agency Lead, the designer brings creativity, precision, and innovation to every project.
Ideal profile will a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our team
Design and Production
- Adapt and create designs for various marketing needs, including banners, social media graphics, app store assets, promotional materials, cross-promotions, and user acquisition campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead and Senior Designers to develop branding materials such as logos, infographics, presentations, event visuals, posters, and merchandise.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for their intended platform or format, across both print and digital channels.
Communication
- Incorporate feedback from leads, internal teams, licensors, and stakeholders, ensuring revisions are completed accurately and on time.
- Adapt quickly to input from marketing, legal, and licensing teams to ensure final outputs align with all requirements.
- Participate in meetings, contribute creative ideas, and provide input into the overall direction and tone of branding and design.
Consistency & Guidelines
- Learn and adhere to artistic, IP, and licensing guidelines.
- Ensure brand consistency across design, maintaining a cohesive visual and narrative style across campaigns and platforms
- Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Organization & Reporting
- Manage and organize design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived for future use.
- Prepare final deliverables in various formats, ready for deployment across platforms like social media, app stores, or print.
Innovation
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative techniques to the projects.
- Propose creative solutions to improve the quality and engagement of marketing materials.

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- A strong sense of creativity and innovation.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house preferable)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with Adobe After Effects and Premiere is a plus
- An understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition and branding
- Ability to take direction and apply constructive feedback effectively
- Strong artistic sensibilities, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for constantly innovating and exploring new techniques.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects
- An online portfolio and/or demo reel, which must be included with your application.
Pluses:
- Passion and experience working in video games.
- Bachelor’s / College Degree in Graphic Design / Art / Creative Multimedia is recommended
