Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

Main challenge​

As an ERP Product Manager, you will shape and enhance our Workday ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between HR and Finance while delivering solutions that provide measurable business benefits.

 

What it means on a daily basis​

  • Workday Governance & Strategy : Define and oversee the Workday roadmap, governance model, andproject priorities aligned with business objectives.​
  • Process Optimization & Integration: Ensure continuous improvement and seamless integration between HR and Finance processes.
  • Project & Operations Management : Manage Workday projects and enhancements, managing scope, resources, budgets, timelines, and risks.​
  • Team & Vendor Leadership : Build and develop an effective team and manage relationships with Workday and external partners
  • Stakeholder Communication & Change Management: Partner with executives and key stakeholders to align initiatives, communicate progress, and guide change management efforts.

Who you will be working with​

You will assist our Director of Corporate Systems Department and work together with your team? internal teams and external partners ​.

First interview : HR

An initial discussion with the HR team to get to know you better, understand your background, motivations, and career goals.

Second interview : Hiring Manager

A deeper conversation focusing on your skills, experience, and how you can contribute to the role and team.

Final interview : N+2

A final discussion with the next-level manager to ensure alignment with the department’s vision and expectations.

Additional step

You may also be invited to an interview with the management team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

  • Work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field​
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); familiarity with Workday
  • Leadership: At least 3 years of experience leading and developing teams
  • Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to optimize and integrate HR or Finance processes and systems
  • Executive Communication: Skilled in engaging with senior leadership and translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
