As an IT Specialist, you will have the mission to prepare and support the technical equipment in the studio and maintain the regular software updates.

Your role:
• Setup new users – preparing computers, equipment and software
• Replacement of the current computers and reinstall their current software with newer version (OS and Antivirus program updates)
• Monitoring the machines at the office for power and network loss
• Hardware troubleshooting and replacement of the compromised parts
• General support for other peripheral hardware devices at the office – printers, servers, UPS, etc.
• Solving network specific problems
• Maintaining all current IT databases and properly adding the new hardware
• Resolving any non-specific IT issues

• General knowledge in computer hardware
• Knowledge in Windows OS systems, their settings and troubleshooting
• Interest in high tech and innovations will be considered as a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills and general desire to help people
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Passion for games would be considered as a plus
• Teamwork
