This position reports to GTT SEA, an Asian subsidiary of GTT SA, based in Singapore.

Job Description

​​​​​​The mission is to promote GTT’s various products and services within the assigned geographical area, in line with the company’s commercial development strategy.

  • Promote GTT’s products and services, in particular containment technologies, to key stakeholders (gas charterers, shipowners, terminal operators, etc.);
  • Promote GTT’s products and services to large commercial vessel owners (container ships, bulk carriers, etc.);
  • Promote GTT licenses to non-licensed shipyards
  • Promote GTT within its ecosystem (classification societies, traders, brokers, banks, etc.);
  • Develop new partnerships and build strong relationships with key decision-makers to position our technologies across identified and qualified opportunities;
  • Propose techno-commercial action plans to management and coordinate commercial efforts with Key Account Managers and technical teams (Commercial and Technical Departments) for both existing clients and prospects;
  • Lead the preparation of techno-commercial offers and negotiate contracts in close collaboration with the Legal Department;
  • Provide regular reporting to management and senior leadership on activities (client meetings) and market developments in the supervised regions, with the support of the Business Analyst;
  • Participate in and lead conferences, webinars, and seminars with the support of the Communications team; and
  • Represent customer and market feedback to the Innovation Department to help define and refine the innovation roadmap (acting as a commercial “sponsor).

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in complex sales techniques
  • In-depth knowledge of the market and industry players
  • Excellent knowledge of products and services
  • Proficiency in office tools and CRM systems
  • Good command of marketing tools and methodologies
  • Fluent English, fluency in French is a plus

Education & Experience:

  • Master’s degree (Business School or Engineering School)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in long-term contract sales within the Oil & Gas and/or maritime sector
