Job Description
Looking to apply your Physics knowledge to new product introduction? We are seeking a System Engineering Analyst to join our team dedicated to delivering advanced technical solutions across diverse domains such as optics, control systems, and signal processing. We are looking for someone passionate about Multiphysics to bring that knowledge to the team but also to work on various hands-on systems engineering and lab activities to ensure the development and deployment of cutting-edge technologies. You will collaborate closely with internal and external customers to ensure that our products meet end-user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mathematical and multiphysics analysis to drive innovative solutions.
- Design, refine, and validate algorithms for implementation.
- Perform requirements analysis and ensure traceability of product specifications to customer needs to verify compliance.
- Develop and manage system requirements, ensuring alignment with customer and product needs.
- Document designs and ensure traceability of design documentation to system requirements.
- Participate in hands-on laboratory testing, system integration, and validation activities to ensure functional performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Physics or applied Mathematics.
- Experience with modeling tools like Matlab.
- Interest in providing practical and efficient solutions to real world problems.
- Experience in working in new product introduction or system engineering experience
- Assets would include Optics experience, signal processing
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Canadian Security Clearance and a positive Controlled Goods Assessment. Eligibility to work in Canada either as a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
