Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager specialising in Microsoft Dynamics to join our organisation. In this permanent position, you will lead complex IT projects focused on Microsoft Dynamics implementations, overseeing delivery from initiation through to successful go-live. You will work with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your strategic vision, decisive leadership, and technical acumen will be instrumental in driving successful digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics implementation projects, developing comprehensive plans and managing scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Manage stakeholder communications across all levels, ensuring alignment on project objectives, progress, and outcomes
- Oversee technical teams and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Identify, analyse, and resolve project risks and issues through regular reviews, tracking key performance indicators and reporting status to senior leadership
- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, quality standards, and organisational policies
- Facilitate change management activities to support user adoption and minimise business disruption
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including lessons learned and best practice recommendations
Qualifications
**Required:**
- Minimum 8 years' experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years specialising in Microsoft Dynamics implementations
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics platforms (D365, AX, NAV, or CRM)
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Prince2)
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex IT projects with budgets exceeding €1 million
- Excellent stakeholder management and people skills, with ability to influence at senior levels
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in budget management, resource planning, and vendor coordination
**Desirable:**
- Change management certification or experience
- ERP implementation background beyond Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience managing multi-site or geographically distributed projects
- Experience in the financial services, manufacturing, or retail sectors
