We are looking for a skilled Business Process Architect to join our team for a strategic digital transformation project. This role requires expertise in business process design, capability mapping, and SAP integration, ensuring business processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals. 

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Define and map business capabilities to support strategic goals and align with the warex solution.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, identify pain points, and recommend process improvements.

• Coordinate with IT architects to ensure business processes are supported by IT infrastructure and align with technical specifications.

• Ensure business processes align with SAP standards and leverage SAP functionalities effectively.

• Support site assessments by analyzing current business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, capabilities, and requirements.

• Lead business process modeling and optimization initiatives.

• Drive continuous improvement efforts across business process management and architecture.

• Solid experience in business process management and optimization.

• Proven expertise in developing and maintaining business architecture frameworks.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to engage with stakeholders and gather business requirements effectively.

• Technical acumen with experience in process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).

• Understanding of SAP standards and functionalities, with the ability to integrate business processes with SAP modules.

• Experience in managing projects related to business process improvement and architecture design.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving business needs.
