Job Description

  • Organize and coordinate training events for various teams within Folks VFX
  • Support the workflow and process of identifying and planning training needs based on organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for training programs, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
  • Track and monitor attendance, progress, and feedback for all training sessions.
  • Generate regular reports on training effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between trainers and employees, addressing any concerns or inquiries related to training.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
  • Support the Head of Learning and Development in implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Proven experience in coordinating and organizing training events.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in using training management software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Awareness and interest in Animation and VFX industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
