Job Description
FuseFX has an opening for an Apprentice position within our Production Management team in Vancouver, BC. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to assist in coordinating and scheduling of our 2D & 3D resources.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Database Management
- Artist Schedule adjustments
- Task & Status updates
- Tracking Team Coordination
- Prioritize Ingest & Internal tracking tasks w/in-house team
- Coordinate communication between tracking artists and show prod teams
- Update SG & Database to ensure department transparency & promote efficiency
- Coordinate Weekend Work Coverage
- Requires coordination between IT, Pipe, Render & Show Teams
- Generate & Publish weekend coverage schedule to all facilities
- Support Head of Production & PM Coordinator with daily tasks
- Daily walk-throughs of artist task activities, workloads, and schedules
- DB updates of Time Off Requests
- Wrap List Updates
- Liaison artist/show team communication
- Observe, Learn & Actively participate in daily PM activities
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft office helpful
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly under pressure
- Desire to learn and grow as a department facing production resource
