About the Role:

The Talent Management Team is in an exciting phase of designing, building, and evolving initiatives that align with our People Strategy to foster a high-performance culture. This role will be instrumental in driving employee listening, performance management, and leadership development programs that support talent growth, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

As a Lead, Talent Management, you will own and enhance critical programs that capture, develop, and assess performance while integrating continuous employee feedback to inform strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with People Analytics, HR Business Partners, and Leadership Teams to translate insights into actionable talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Listening & Insights:

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing management of Peakon to continuously capture employee sentiment and engagement.

  • Partner with People Analytics to analyze survey data, identify trends, and generate insights that drive Talent Management, Development, and Engagement initiatives.

  • Present findings and recommendations to HR and business leaders to enhance the employee experience.

Performance Management & Enablement:

  • Oversee and continuously improve the performance management framework, ensuring alignment with business strategy and organizational goals.

  • Provide guidance and enablement to managers and employees on performance feedback, coaching, goal-setting, and career development.

  • Implement and refine programs that foster a culture of continuous feedback and high performance.

  • Enablement & Talent Growth:

  • Design and facilitate leadership and high-performing teams discussion forums, in-house podcasts, and learning experiences to strengthen employee and people manager capabilities across the organization.

  • Ensure enablement programs are data-informed, leveraging insights from employee listening tools and engagement surveys.

  • Strategic Talent Programs & HR Initiatives:

  • Contribute to the ongoing maturity and expansion of the Talent Management function, executing ad-hoc programs that enhance employee engagement, performance, and career growth.

  • Partner with HRBPs, L&D, Portfolio Management teams to integrate Talent Management strategies into broader HR initiatives.

  • Support the execution of talent reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in Talent Management, HR, or related functions with a focus on employee listening, performance management, and leadership development.

  • Strong expertise in survey design, employee engagement analytics, and talent data interpretation to drive HR decision-making.

  • Experience with Peakon or similar employee listening platforms is highly preferred.

  • Deep understanding of performance management frameworks, including goal-setting, coaching, and feedback processes.

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional collaboration.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to shape talent strategies.

  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems is a plus.
