Job Description

The Solution Engineering team is the first technical touch point for all our prospects and they are responsible for the following:

  • Understand the Freshworks suite of products in depth.
  • Work with prospects to understand their business needs and pain points.
  • Configure and deliver demos to potential prospects and assist them in technical queries.
  • Work on solutioning/resolving use cases with seasoned folks from their team.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Product teams effectively.
  • Work closely and assist the senior Solution Engineers to effectively configure demos.
  • Monitor the chat/ticket queue to answer all queries from trial sign-ups.

People who like to play a consultative role and understand business problems, and then translate that into technical solutions will be best suited for this role.

The SE org is divided into multiple regions – Australia and New Zealand, India, Middle East and Africa, UK, Europe, US and each team works in the time zone of the customers they serve. This role will require you to mandatorily work in any of these shifts.
