Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Operations) at Freshworks, you will play a critical role in optimizing our tools, technology, and processes to deliver exceptional candidate experience. You will work closely with recruiters, business stakeholders, and other HR team members to ensure data integrity, process improvement, and streamlined candidate journeys. Responsibilities:

Process compliance:

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure process adherence, providing training and support to enable self-sufficiency within recruitment teams.
  • Develop and implement training materials and documentation for recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to suggest process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Continuous improvement:

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and actively implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, business processes, reporting schedules, and integrations.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and process improvement.

Candidate experience:

  • Recommend and implement creative solutions, leveraging tools and processes, to address challenges and elevate the candidate experience.
  • Streamline candidate journey processes to ensure optimized, compliant, and efficient workflows.

Data management:

  • Collaborate with recruiters, business stakeholders, and HR team members to maintain high data integrity across talent acquisition platforms.
  • Address queries related to data, compliance, audits, and talent acquisition processes.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach for pipeline management, monitoring key metrics to evaluate recruiting process effectiveness.
  • Create data visualizations and presentations to convey meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Generate insights and recommendations for process adjustments based on data analysis, candidate surveys, and feedback.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations, process improvement, or related roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across regions and functions.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various tools and technologies, and the ability to train others effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with effective prioritization abilities, operational efficiency and a sense of urgency.
  • Independent worker with a high level of autonomy and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing data to identify and solve problems.
  • Strong business acumen, capable of understanding and addressing requirements from multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using HR and recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and data analytics platforms.
  • Process improvement analyst certifications - Six Sigma certification.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing process improvements, and Lean/ Six sigma projects.
  • Knowledge of data management, compliance, and HR technology trends is a plus.
