Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Product Marketing with a strong focus on understanding buyer personas, developing sales plays, providing sales training and offering deal support for large deals. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the success of our products by developing compelling sales strategies and fostering strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly the sales team. Additionally, you will effectively communicate our value proposition to target markets and bridge the gap between our go-to-market and product teams.Collaboration on orchestrated campaigns, field marketing, and demand generation initiatives will also be expected.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Play Development: Lead the development and execution of sales plays that align with our product portfolio and target markets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify customer pain points, develop tailored messaging, and create compelling sales collateral that effectively communicates the value proposition of our products.
  • GTM Collaboration: Work closely with the GTM teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure a seamless alignment of product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Act as a bridge between these teams, providing product marketing expertise and insights to support the development and execution of cohesive GTM plans.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive differentiators. Utilize this information to inform product positioning and sales enablement materials, ensuring our sales teams are well-equipped to effectively communicate the value of our products.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver sales training programs and resources that enable our sales teams to effectively sell our products. This includes creating sales presentations, battle cards, and other sales enablement collateral that articulate our value proposition and address common customer objections.
  • Customer Insights: Gather customer feedback and insights through direct interaction with customers, sales teams, and market research. Translate these insights into actionable recommendations to improve product positioning, messaging, and sales strategies.
  • Collaborative Campaigns: Collaborate with the integrated marketing teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with sales plays. Provide input on campaign strategies, messaging, and tactics to ensure cohesive and impactful customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2C and B2B tech, preferably in SaaS
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to create impactful sales enablement materials.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in the SaaS CRM domain is a plus.
  • Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and challenging priorities
  • Is comfortable with a dual-site working model between the U.S.and India with ability to travel as needed

Additional Information

California Pay Range: $168,000-273,000+ comprising an annual salary & incentive compensation: You may also be eligible for equity and additional generous company benefits.
