Are you passionate about and hands-on with technology? You will have the natural flair to move seamlessly between tactical and strategic conversations with our customer’s technical and business leadership stakeholders. Additionally, you will play a critical role in helping our team formalize and standardize our solution offerings across our CX, ITSM, CRM products to key mid-market and enterprise customers across Europe.

As a Solution Architect, you will be highly energetic, and enthusiastic and have the ability to manage changing priorities in a hyper-growth scale-up SaaS environment. 

You will be responsible for the overall design and mapping of prospects’ business requirements. This will include working with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify Freshwork’s platform solution options, define solution requirements, define and scope/estimate integration requirements, and develop overall architecture points of view.

You will work significantly with our in region go-to-market deal teams including our Solutions Engineers, Sales leaders, and our post-sales technical consultants including our regional solutions partners on complex deals. 

Your role and responsibilities:

• Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of Freshworks product capabilities and constraints. This will include understanding the data pipelines and code base of our Developer SDK for different products.
• Lead and drive technical pre-sales conversations around solution architectures, data mapping, integrations and data migration.
• Deliver hands-on configuration, development and integration services and serve in a delivery assurance capacity for complex pre-sales engagements.
• Scope and help deliver Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with prospects.
• Lead design discussions including technical workshops, scoping and solution discussions
• Craft as-is and to-be processes in order to help customers understand how our product solutions/platform can enable them to drive better context, collaboration and productivity 

• 4-6+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, experience in a SaaS environment is a priority
• Experience as a developer is a must with 2+ years of hands-on experience with at least 2 of the following languages (NodeJS, Java, Python) 
• Fluency in English. Business fluency in another European language (German, Dutch, French) will be a bonus.
• Engaging presentation style with the ability to read the audience and successfully manage executive and technical stakeholder conversations 
• Good understanding of modern low-code/no-code platforms.
• Hands-on experience in building integrations (using REST APIs) with cloud systems.
• Prior experience with either AWS, Azure or GCP is a plus. Certifications will be a bonus. 
• Enthusiastic attitude and ability to learn/adapt to a fast-evolving platform and passion to understand various SaaS products and the broader technology ecosystem
