Our growing go-to-market enablement team at Freshworks is looking for a Director, Sales Enablement, PMO & Strategy. This senior level person will be the central point for program managing all content from our Product Marketing team for both our New Hires and tenured GTM reps. This role will also be responsible, globally for measuring our enablement efforts by creating and owning dashboards that are composed of competency assessments, training course completions, and productivity metrics.

Job Description

  • Own the project management of all product releases and launches

  • Own who gets trained/certified, how they get trained (eLearning vs ILT), and when that training takes place

  • Partner with the VP of Global Enablement and the regional Directors of Sales Enablement on important global initiatives like SKO, skills training, and sales methodology roll out

  • Deep sales enablement experience at a global level, strong process and program management competence, and be executive facing

  • We are looking for someone who has the energy, enthusiasm and experience to create global consistency across all of our regions with regard to sales enablement

Qualifications

  • 10+ years within SaaS (or similar) industry

  • 8+ years in a sales enablement role (sales experience as part of this a plus)

  • Program Management experience is a must

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Prior track record of success within a sales organization

  • Strong organizational skills with evidence of successfully running concurrent projects

  • Passion for training and the learning environments that you create

Additional Information

Colorado Pay Range: $182,000 - 227,000+ comprising an annual salary & incentive compensation: You may also be eligible for equity and additional generous company benefits.
