​​​​​As a Program Manager ERP Systems at Freshworks you will work closely with the go to market and order to cash systems and business teams. In this role, the candidate will be part of a team that collaborates with business, CRM, GTM, and technical teams to deliver world class solutions that are highly scalable, secure, and flexible. This person will have operated successfully in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment. Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope business requirements, and prioritize.

Successful candidates will have deep experience in the following three disciplines – CRM, Program Management and Order to Cash Systems. Candidate experience should cover processes, project management, business requirements documentation, process design, and user acceptance testing responsibilities. 

Responsibilities

• Initiates, monitors, and directs projects and programs from inception through delivery.

• Develops and ensures adherence to project and program budgets.

• Manage the long-term roadmap, involving stakeholders.

• Develop & align project deliverables for milestones into a project plan.

• Organizes project-related activities and communications among Stakeholders.

• Manage stakeholders' relationships on a local basis and function as the key escalation point locally for all appropriate programs, projects, and operational performance issues.

• Participates with other senior managers in establishing strategic organizational plans and objectives.

• Directs the activities of team members and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.

• Interacts regularly with executives and sets up seamless processes.

• Drives strategies to deliver internal stakeholder requirements.

• Reviews high-level program reports and presentations for management.

• Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and driving action items based on results.

• Applies project management and agile knowledge to identify, escalate, and remove team impediments that jeopardize sprint goals.

• Influencing project team members to identify and address project issues, including. leadership and interdependent teams, and to promote self-directed teams by enabling open, transparent, and clear communications.

• 5 years of program management experience, leading cross-functional and global teams.

• Experience managing ERP / large business applications implementation end to end.

• Experience managing IT projects and delivering to business stakeholders in one of the following tracks: GTM, OTC, PTP, RTR, and HTR.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategy and operations role.

• Experience leveraging written formats (e.g., presentations and storylines) to influence executive stakeholders.

• Ability to formulate hypotheses and use problem-solving techniques to propose solutions for problems.
