• Training and experimenting with machine learning models to automate and optimize Freshworks' products.
• Implementing machine learning platform features for customizability, scalability, and extensibility.
• Solving complex problems with structured or unstructured datasets and deploying the solution through cloud platforms.
• Documenting and testing machine learning processes.
• Performing statistical analysis and interpreting the result.

• Pursuing Masters in Engineering, Math, Business, or comparable technical concentration 

• Ability to manage simultaneous tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced, globally-integrated, technology-oriented environment with autonomy to drive towards business goals without an obvious path to success

• Comfortable presenting data and related insights to leaders

• You are a  highly driven individual with a deep desire to learn.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally (e.g. Biz Apps, Sales, Marketing, Finance) to identify and solve common data issues, develop operational steps in improving data cleanliness, and align on data definitions and related information
