Job Description

Freshworks is looking for a Head – Employee Experience to join our team based remote in North America. This role is focused heavily on defining and leading our efforts to deliver a world class, simple, consistent and technology enabled employee experience to all employees at Freshworks across the entire globe,

Responsibilities:

  • Document the existing and future state Moments that Matter for employees within Freshworks, focused on creating “Moments of Wow” across the employee lifecycle
  • Collect robust end user feedback on the state of our current user experience, defining and leading projects to evolve this experience in line with the desired outputs, and measuring/communicating the success of these initiatives across the business 
  • Work across the HR team to identify gaps to the desired Employee Experience and lead the prioritization and delivery of these projects within the business
  • Define our measurement strategy for measuring delight during the employee lifecycle and implement globally
  • Overall accountability for compliance of our Employee Experience with global and local regulations and best practices where appropriate
  • Become an industry expert on what great looks like across other industries and organizations and evaluate potential for adoption within Freshworks where appropriate
  • Act as a member of the Global HR Operations Leadership Team
  • Partner with IT colleagues and other colleagues across the HR and business teams to deliver the desired experience
  • Evaluate and track the cost/benefit analysis of related projects and programs within the scope of this role
  • Manage related project and operational budgets and teams where appropriate

Qualifications

  • An ideal candidate would be a HR leader with 8+ years of experience & strong exposure to End User Experience related roles, to include significant experience with HR systems and technologies from a functional (HR) perspective (Oracle HR Cloud preferred)
  • Attention to details & an enthusiastic team player
  • Experience both with strategy as well as day to day operations and comfortable with both
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Experience with agile deployment methodology/Process Improvement
  • Certified Scrum Master nice to have
  • Significant direct and indirect leadership experience across a fast growing organization
  • Need to maintain confidentiality & high ethical standards
