Job Description
- Repairing, maintenance, and asset tracking of a variety of IT systems, including desktop computers, laptops, tablet hardware, printers, EPOS terminals, and handheld scanners.
- Managing the configuration of Cisco networking equipment, EPOS Till systems, handheld devices, and printers.
- Processing of returns and recycling equipment.
- Ensuring accurate stock inventory and asset management.
- Utilizing Zendesk to manage workload/tickets and responding to phone requests.
- Coordinating hardware for store rollouts and acquisitions.
Qualifications
- A strong interest in computing.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently without direct supervision.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Extensive experience with IT hardware.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT hardware maintenance/ IT support role.
- Relevant certifications will be an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
