Are you ready to join the Fearless?

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)

Working alongside other Junior Accountants and reporting to a Supervisor, this role will provide exposure to multiple areas within Finance, including Management Accounts, FP&A, and Group Reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Applying analytical skills to gather and interpret data, identifying trends that can help reduce costs and improve operational efficiency
• Supporting the improvement of cost reporting across departments to provide greater insight and assist business units with decision-making
• Assisting with financial forecasting and budgeting activities across the group
• Processing accounting entries and intercompany recharges across UK Group subsidiaries, ensuring month-end processes are completed within required deadlines
• Analysing and posting prepayments and accruals, including balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting ad-hoc financial analysis projects related to investments and business acquisitions

• Currently studying, or recently completed, an Accounting & Finance or related degree
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercial environment
• Hard-working, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation
• Able to be based at our Shirebrook HQ for the duration of the contract and start in June 2026

If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
