We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Loughton, United Kingdom. As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

• Greet customers with a warm welcome and offer assistance
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Recommend and locate appropriate merchandise for customers
• Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Stay informed about in-store promotions, offers, and loyalty programs
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of current trends
• Create a customer-friendly environment and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Participate in restocking and inventory management tasks as needed
• Assist with visual merchandising and store displays when required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move around the sales floor
• Enthusiasm for retail and providing a positive shopping experience

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a neat and organized work area
• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
• Fashion awareness and interest in current trends is a plus
