Job Description
Flannels, a leading luxury fashion retailer, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Temporary Sales Assistant to join our team in Doncaster, United Kingdom. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment whilst providing exceptional service to our discerning clientele.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, offering personalised advice and styling recommendations to clients
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing luxury fashion items, ensuring a premium shopping experience
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's success
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and product knowledge
- Support stock management activities, including receiving and organising new merchandise
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for luxury fashion and current trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele
- Proactive and customer-focused attitude, demonstrating enthusiasm in all interactions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, maintaining composure during busy periods
- Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends and holidays
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with store maintenance
- Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is desirable, but not essential
- Strong team player with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to quickly learn and retain product information
