    Flannels, a leading luxury fashion retailer, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Temporary Sales Assistant to join our team in Doncaster, United Kingdom. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment whilst providing exceptional service to our discerning clientele.

    • Deliver outstanding customer service, offering personalised advice and styling recommendations to clients
    • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing luxury fashion items, ensuring a premium shopping experience
    • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's success
    • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Stay informed about current fashion trends and product knowledge
    • Support stock management activities, including receiving and organising new merchandise
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge

    Qualifications

    • Genuine passion for luxury fashion and current trends
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele
    • Proactive and customer-focused attitude, demonstrating enthusiasm in all interactions
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, maintaining composure during busy periods
    • Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends and holidays
    • Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and maintaining accurate records
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with store maintenance
    • Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is desirable, but not essential
    • Strong team player with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Ability to quickly learn and retain product information
