Job Description

Please note, this role is based 4 days in the office at our Shirebrook office. 

  • Demonstrating product expertise
    • Create bespoke best in class product copy to sell product user benefits to our consumers.
    • Delivering expert advise and offering educational content.
    • Attending buy ins, working closely with commercials and the brand to understand product.
  • Social Proof
    • Owning the product ratings and reviews process, responding to customer queries and problem solving to represent product accurately.
    • Producing bespoke product guides and blog content.
    • Creating UGC and social content.
  • Elevate how product is displayed online
    •  Source and maintain best in class product imagery and video
    • Managing our shop the look function – maximise sales offering related product.
    • Quality control for all written and visual content.
    • Working with our product data and optimisation teams to identify and complete new and existing product attributes.
    • Developing our product finder tool and maintaining with the most up to date information to produce accurate results.
  • Helping the customer find the right product
    • Working with our SEO team to maintain best practice and improve our product search, navigation and filtering.
    • Understand and align content with the marketing calendar to maximise seasonal opportunities.
    • Liaising with commercial, marketing and ecommerce departments – being a central point of contact to align product content.

  • Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure.
  • Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks 
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
