Job Description

  • Identify customer insight related data such as trading %, churn, AOF, purchasing patterns etc).
  • Build insights from across different sources to provide the business with a comprehensive understanding of the market.
  • Working with external agencies and data providers, ensuring timely delivery of relevant and actionable insights.
  • Design and deliver periodic reporting highlighting trends and monitoring KPIs.
  • Work with key stakeholder and communicate analysis within the frasers group
  • Interpret data Apply with knowledge to interpret data and improve performance.
  • Bring passion using all Frasers Group brands, customer and digital experience.
  • Work alongside Marketing, CRM, Merchandising and Digital teams to be able to improve reporting and analysis.
  • Build systems/processes to transform raw data into actionable business insights

Qualifications

  • Analytical work experience in marketing and sales, management consulting, or in a business operations and analytics environment
  • Extensive experience in website analytics gained across roles in large e-commerce companies.
  • Excellent analytics skills with the ability to draw concise insights from large sets of data.
  • 3+ years experience with some of the following tools: Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, SQL, R/Python, Microstrategy/Tableau or Mixpanel.
  • Competent in creating, developing and maintaining BI reports (Preferably Power BI)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to interact at all levels within the organisation and earn respect universally.
  • Understanding best practices for UX for websites, applications, mobile and desktop
