Job Description
Our HO Development Team are responsible for maintaining and enhancing current Financial applications within the business as well as ensuring the integration of data from other 3rd party systems are accurately recorded.
This is a crucial role in a business where you will be adding major value, as you will be key to ongoing and future Implementations, as well as supporting the Finance Department through Group Audit
- Serving an escalation point for technical queries relating to our Financial systems
- Diagnosing and resolving system problems as they are reported
- Reconciliation of financial data between internal systems
- Responding to alerts from our monitoring ecosystem to head off potential issues before they occur
- Performing insight and fix recommendations to existing data in and around the current finance systems
- Working on the analysis, design and delivery of financial system projects
- Assisting with system data extracts to support financial figures
- Assisting with Company Acquisitions and integrations
This role is based at our Shirebrook HQ and remote working is available
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role- knowledge of both financial and technical systems
- Data querying with SQL/Oracle is essential
- Solution orientated, enjoys problem solving
- Confident communicating with business stakeholder
- Strong with MS Excel
- Experience with SSIS (Desirable)
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (Desirable)
