Manage breeder production issues, including assisting service technicians.

Oversee execution of plan for placements; vaccinations; bird movements; pertinent paperwork, records and reports

Meetings with staff and growers.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Poultry Science or related field is preferred.
Must have 5+ years in breeder management.
Must have a high level of initiative and be a self starter.
Must have strong analytical skills.
Able to evaluate employees fairly and objectively: strong human resources skills.
Growth potential to assume more responsibility.
Must be highly goal and results oriented. Have the ability to effectively execute tasks, and exercise sound judgment and critical thinking in changing and demanding work environment.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and have strong verbal/written communication skills with the ability to work in both individual and team work settings with minimum supervision.
Must have good organizational skills.
Must have good computer skills including knowledge of Word and Excel Programs.
Valid Arkansas Driver License and good driving record.
