Job Description

The Commercial Analyst plays a critical role in driving data led decision making across the commercial organization. This position is responsible for analyzing sales, customer performance, and market dynamics to generate actionable insights that improve revenue, margins, and overall commercial execution. The role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, to support strategic and operational initiatives.

  • Analyze sales performance across regions, channels, and products. 
  • Identify revenue drivers, growth opportunities, and underperforming segments.
  • Profitability Analysis by channel 
  • KPI`s for commercial initiatives
  • Support key account negotiations with data (pricing, profitability, investment level)
  • Marketing investment vs revenue
  • Produce monthly commercial performance packs for senior leadership

Qualifications

•    Education: Degree in Finance or Bachelor of Business Administration.
•    Experience: Minimum 3 years of Commercial Finance, Marketing Finance, Financial and Analysis. 
•    Advanced English
•    Strong analytical capability—able to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
•    Commercial acumen—understands pricing, trade strategy, customer profitability, and P&L logic.
•    Advanced Excel & Power BI/Tableau/Oracle (or similar BI tools).
•    Excellent communication & storytelling—can present complex analyses clearly.
•    Collaboration—partners effectively across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
•    Attention to detail and high data accuracy.
•    Problem solving mindset with ability to work independently.
