Job Description

The Inventory Analyst for House of Rohl (HofR) is a member of the FBIN Global Inventory Team. The person in this role will lead operational inventory forecasting and planning analytics and initiatives to drive optimal inventory investment for the business. Key metrics for this role are forecast accuracy, DSI, and achievement of inventory working capital targets.

This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based in North Olmsted, Ohio.

RESPONSIBLIITIES:

  • Monthly and annual inventory forecasting and planning
  • Month-end inventory reporting
  • Work across regions and functions to create accurate forecasts, understand key drivers
  • Deep dive favorable/unfavorablility to forecast
  • Provide key analytics and metrics that support the governance of inventory optimization across the organization
  • Support the business in analytics requests related to inventory health and optimization opportunities, such as supplier transfers, network design changes
  • Lead analytics & discussion to avoid/reduce obsolete materials

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain operations or a related field, with 7-10 years of experience in a supply chain demand, supply, inventory or materials role. Demonstrated results and command of supply chain concepts
  • 3-5 years ERP experience, SAP preferred
  • Success in this role requires the ability to work with limited supervision and possess analytical and technical aptitude combined with effective collaboration skills through partnership with Supply Chain, Business Units, Sales, Finance, and Customers
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence across and upwards & to establish cross functional relationships
  • Demonstrated strong analytical capability, as well as experience in process design/redesign and problem solving is required
