Qualifications

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Experience creating, scheduling, and monitoring email marketing campaigns
  • Support strategic programs through manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle - prospecting, nurturing, retention, surveys, and transactional communications
  • Partner with designers and copywriters to optimize creative and templates based on performance data and industry best practices
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable email marketing platform
  • Proven ability to code emails from base templates and ensure consistent rendering across devices
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM and ADA compliance
  • Works well in cross-functional teams, coordinating with IT, Marketing, and Digital teams
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Email Specialist Certification
  • Strategic mindset with experience developing and executing testing and optimization strategies
  • AMPscript experience is a plus
  • Moveable Ink is a plus
