Flywire is seeking a highly skilled Senior People Analytics Specialist (Workday) to strengthen the People team's ability to make timely trusted data-informed decisions. This role will own the design, development, maintenance and continuous improvement of People reporting and analytics within Workday.
You will partner closely with People leaders, People Operations, People Technology, Finance and Business Intelligence teams to translate business questions into scalable reporting solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for a technically strong Workday reporting professional who is equally comfortable working with stakeholders, improving data quality and turning complex workforce data into clear actionable insights.
What you will do
- Design, build, test and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards and data extracts that support People, Finance, executive and board-level reporting needs.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear reporting requirements, including metrics definitions, data sources, security considerations, delivery cadence and expected business outcomes.
- Develop advanced Workday reporting solutions using Report Writer, calculated fields, dashboards, composite reports, matrix reports and related Workday capabilities.
- Partner with People Technology and Workday implementation stakeholders to support a successful post-go-live reporting model, including prioritisation and delivery of critical People reports.
- Establish trusted consistent definitions for core workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring, internal mobility, diversity, organisational structure and talent outcomes.
- Validate report logic and data accuracy, investigate discrepancies and resolve issues through disciplined testing and root-cause analysis.
- Build and maintain documentation covering reports, metrics, data sources, business logic and operating procedures.
- Partner with Business Intelligence and data teams when advanced analytics, cross-functional data sets, automation or enterprise-level insights are required beyond native Workday reporting.
- Identify opportunities to simplify manual reporting, improve self-service access to data and strengthen the overall People analytics experience.
- Support reporting governance by ensuring appropriate data security, confidentiality, access controls and adherence to applicable privacy requirements.
- Provide guidance and enablement to People team stakeholders on how to interpret and use reports effectively.
