• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for automation;
• Analyzing and mapping current processes to identify inefficiencies, and proposing improvements through both automation and processual changes to enhance overall performance;
• Defining technical requirements for the Automation Team and ensuring clear communication;
• Maintaining and optimizing tracking systems (e.g., Google Sheets, Jira) to monitor team progress and results.

• Proven experience in process mapping, improvement, and automation (2-3 years);
• Strong analytical skills (SQL is a must) with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose both processual and automation-based solutions;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements;
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
