Job Description
Are you passionate about people and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment? Look no further! We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join an intern position in our People team which takes care of all people-related tasks across the employee lifecycle. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in the field of HR while contributing to meaningful projects within a dynamic business.
In this internship you will:
- Employee Engagement: Assist HR professionals in handling employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and drive a thriving work environment. Learn how to effectively manage employee relations issues and build a company culture .
- HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR department by organizing files, updating employee records, and assisting with payroll tasks. Gain practical experience in HRIS systems and other administrative tools.
- Data & Insights: Complete analysis on key people metrix to bring insights to steer the people agenda.
- **Policy and Procedure Compliance:** Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, such as performance management. Learn about compliance requirements and best practices in the HR field.
- **HR Projects:** Participate in special projects and initiatives to support the overall objectives of the HR department. Contribute ideas and insights to improve HR processes and practices.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude toward taking on new challenges.
