Job Description
- Develop holistic product assessment metrics for the continuous assortment optimization
- Foster competitive insights together with the data team and deduce recommendations for buying and commercial team
- Ensure visibility on commercial targets and performance KPIs of countries and central functions
- Develop further strategic initiatives like increasing basket size, improving gross margin, minimizing waste or increasing customer retention
Qualifications
- Pronounced analytical abilities, self-discipline and motivation
- Quick comprehension, hands-on mentality and strong willingness to learn
- 0-4 years experience in M&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Retail or Consulting in a top-tier organization
- Experience in the startup / VC environment is a plus
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Econometrics, Economics, Mathematics, Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics or similar fields from a top-tier university
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (especially MS Excel/GSheets)
- Experience with SQL/Python (Statistics, hypothesis testing, data visualization) is a plus but not required
- Willingness to occasionally travel to all Flink markets
- Excellent English language skills, Dutch is a plus
