In your role as Trainer you will shape our level of quality by training and managing the team's development curve through quality assessments and material.

Job Description

  • Developing and delivering training programs to new hires. Identify and execute on new content opportunities - developing and sourcing content, implementing and facilitating training plans to improve employee performance rates and ensure that the team is always up to date with all the newest updates. Communicate, coordinate and align with stakeholders on activities, to deliver cohesive and quality based development tracks and training plans for both internal agents and external partners;
  • Meet or exceed activity based KPIs which align with the company’s vision and objectives. Conducting performance evaluations to assess the effectiveness of a training program, including determining whether agents have applied the new skills in their work environment. Motivating a healthy balance between performance and quality; 
  • Break down complex processes and updates in an accessible way. Find new tools and methods to ensure continuous learning possibilities as well as enrolling concepts and methodologies to develop a sustainable and long term learning experience;
  • Help make our customer service team a great place to work at and be open to work in an agile environment and implement an agile approach in the training team. 

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service or service center environment. Trainer certificates and/or experience are a plus. Creativity in applying methodologies, conceptualizing materials and preparing material for training with a training purpose; 
  • You feel comfortable with public speaking and have excellent communication skills. You speak and write Dutch and English (C1), other languages are a plus; 
  • You love to give feedback and help agents reach new heights of their potential; 
  • A welcoming personality and desire to always inspire your team and enhance group dynamics;
