This position is from home for the Belgium market.

• Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Hub Managers and Shift Leaders for all city teams across the Netherlands;
• Be a sparring partner for your hiring managers and guide them throughout the hiring process;
• Use your sourcing skills to attract and win the best talent;
• Promote a positive candidate experience as the first point of contact;
• Use our applicant tracking system to keep track of your candidates (Smartrecruiters).

• Bachelors in psychology, HRM, business administration, marketing or equivalent qualification
• Interest in bringing your sourcing skills to the next level
• Well structured, ability to prioritize workload and manage a busy schedule
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Dutch and English language skills at a business level
• Experience with SmartRecruiters and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
• A degree in psychology, business administration, marketing or equivalent qualification is a plus
