Clarus is investing in opportunities to develop greener alternatives to natural gas and LPG - like partnering with Ecogas to deliver New Zealand’s first renewable biomethane project, and working with other gas distributors to trial hydrogen blending. Kōrero mō te tūranga (about the role)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic nationally dispersed team on a 12-month, fulltime fixed term basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a wide range of projects, including technical, infrastructure, and software, as well as business-oriented initiatives.

In this interesting and varied role you will:

• Lead and manage projects across various domains, including technical, infrastructure, software, and business-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Utilise a wide range of tools and experience to make informed decisions and apply the right solutions at the right time.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
• Manage stakeholders at all levels effectively.

This role can be based in Hamilton or Bell Block (Taranaki).

Mōu  (about you)

Aa well as being someone who brings passion and good energy to everything you do, you will have:

• 7+ years of experience in managing a diverse range of projects, including technical, infrastructure, and software.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business requirements.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Extensive toolkit and experience to handle various project challenges effectively.
• Good humour and strong people skills.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders at senior levels.
