Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Role holder is assigned to achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing third party vendor relationships.
  • Oversee and guide third-party sales teams to ensure the achievement of personal loan & credit card targets, with strong emphasis on maintaining a customer-centric approach. Monitor performance and ensure all sales efforts align with FAB standards and regulations.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Supervision of Subordinates:

  • To guide the sales force on policies, product features & benefits (conventional & Islamic products), fraud risk, code of conduct etc.
  • To liaise the cross functional teams incl credit unit.
  • Work with Ops Risk & Fraud Risk Team to mitigate risk on program
  • Ensure high service levels with companies & internal staff and manage customer complaints within TAT
  • Train new sales force on FAB products, process & policy
  • Preparing newsletter on each company – monthly
  • Conduct daily meetings with sales team & drive cards productivity
  • Work with company owners, Sales Managers, Team Leaders & sales staff to drive business
  • Roll out sales contests to motivate staff & achieve targets
  • Set up kiosks in various strategic companies & enhance business
  • To ensure quality by monitoring customer recordings on a regular basis
  • List companies to generate bulk business, for closure by sales staff
  • Drive the sales force & generate business from listed companies
  • Review Business MIS & share trends with company & staff
  • Reduce application returns, ensure high approval rates on applications etc

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Banking or a related major field of study.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Retail Banking Credit Cards & Loans Sales preferred

Minimum Experience

  • Good Product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good understanding of banking industry trends in the local market.
  • Good market awareness of product range and pricing.
  • Good analytical skills.
