Job Description

  • Ensure accuracy of financial data through meticulous account recon and MIS reporting.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Systemically analyse and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare service wise revenue report.
  • Analyze financial data and account transactions to ensure alignment between GLs.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure control and compliance procedure, due diligence and undertake process improvement.
  • Support in account reconciliation and settlements
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
  • Support in monthly AOV reconciliation
  • Identify opportunities for improving recon processes, suggesting, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in account opening for new projects/products as and when needed.
  • Participate in new projects/initiatives and support in creating defined reconciliation process and testing for new services.
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve financial systems and processes.  

Maintain comprehensive documentation of recon processes, methodologies and findings for audit purposes

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  • B.Com Graduates

Minimum Experience

5 years’ relevant experience in the Accounts 3 years’ experience in UAE.
