Job Description

Schedule Adherence

 

  • Adhere to the schedule agreed upon with the Team Leader
  • Inform about any changes to schedule/ absence within the period agreed upon

Productivity

  • Meet & exceed the productivity targets agreed upon with the Team Leader
  • Attend all process training and refresher sessions nominated for

Quality

 

  • Adhere to procedure and policies for the process/task being performed
  • Achieve the quality score agreed upon for the process

Self-Development

  • Ensure attendance and participation in all training programs and developmental opportunities provided by the Bank
  • Receive and work on feedback received from Team Leaders, Supervisors and Managers, Quality Coaches and Trainers

Teamwork & Discipline

  • Be a team player
  • Participate in all activities organized for the WAH team
  • Adhere to the rules of engagement agreed upon with the Bank

Qualifications

Minimum Education Level

Diploma/Graduate with good English communication skills

Professional Qualification

Not mandatory

Experience, Location, etc

  • Work experience in data entry or Call Centre is a plus
  • Typing speed of at least 20 wpm and accuracy of over 85%
  • Willing to work in the FAB WNH Centre or at Home (when found eligible to do so)
